How we're structured, how we work, and what students can expect from us this year.
Purpose
To represent every OHVA student, turn ideas into action, and build a school culture where communication and inclusion are the default — not the exception.
Meeting Structure
Weekly virtual working sessions and bi-weekly public F2F meetings. Every meeting has an agenda, minutes, and a published outcome.
Committee System
Four standing committees — Events, Communications, Student Voice, and Operations — each with a chair and open membership.
What Students Can Expect From Us
Five commitments. No exceptions.
A published agenda before every meeting
Minutes and outcomes within 48 hours
A response to every student submission within two weeks
A monthly transparency report in the newsletter
Decisions made in public, with reasoning on the record
